I’m a fan of this high-back Windsor chair for its crisp lines and solid feel. It sits comfortably in a country-style kitchen or a pared-back Scandi dining area, and the warm wood tone pairs nicely with neutral walls or a splash of muted green. For styling, try layering a simple cushion or a small sheepskin over the seat to soften the look, then position two either side of a pine table for a relaxed breakfast nook. It also works as a standalone piece in a reading corner - just add a slim side table and a floor lamp.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
