Description
The Harbour Housewares range of Sun Parasols creates a striking and stylish centrepiece in any garden, forecourt or patio, providing a place for friends and family to congregate and relax in the shade of the blazing summer sun. Each parasol in our collection consists of a polyester canvas stretched over a two-piece hard wood frame. A pulley system allows you to quickly and conveniently open your parasol to nearly 3m in diameter, with a metal locking pin allowing you to choose between three open positions to suit your space and need. The canvas is water-repellant, ensuring you and your guests will still enjoy a layer of protection should the weather turn. The sleek black tones and chrome accents of the wooden framework provide a premium, contemporary aesthetic, with the canvas available in your choice of colours to suit your garden. About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
