Description

Stay shaded when relaxing in your garden this summer with our Steel Wood Effect Parasol. With its wood effect finish, it's a stylish way to stay cool in hot, sunny weather. Combines the strength and stability of a steel pole parasol with the beautiful, natural look of a wooden parasol. Makes it a stunning choice for pairing with wooden garden furniture. Designed with a steel pole and ribs, making it stronger and heavier than a parasol with an aluminium pole and ribs. Gives it greater stability, wind-resistance, and damage protection. Shade yourself from the sun, regardless of its position, using the parasol's tilt mechanism. Made from rust-resistant zinc, it allows you to easily tilt the canopy. Perfect for blocking out the low-lying sunshine.

Our Stylist Says

I love this parasol for its natural, relaxed aesthetic and versatile size, making it perfect for outdoor seating areas, garden lounges, or even glazed-in conservatories that benefit from a touch of greenery. The sage green tone adds a soothing element that pairs well with neutral palettes or botanical-inspired interiors, while the wood effect pole lends a warm, organic feel. It works beautifully when styled with rattan furniture, linen cushions, or woven textiles, creating an inviting, cohesive look. Practical tips include using the crank handle to effortlessly adjust the shade during different times of the day and placing it over dining or lounging areas to provide adjustable sun protection without overpowering your space.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
