Inspired by the Sara Dress, this new body also features the three tiered, floor length skirt and a closed, ruffled neckline. This dress is finished with elastic cuffs at the sleeve to enhance the puff sleeve effect and ships with a self-tie belt and matching stretch slip. Dry clean only
