I’m a fan of the Tanjina console in grey-blue for its slim, pared-back silhouette and softly muted colour - it brings a calm note to hallways or behind sofas without overwhelming a scheme. The clean lines and subtle tone make it a natural fit in Scandinavian, coastal or modern-country interiors, while the lower stretchers add just enough visual interest.
For styling, keep things simple: a round mirror or slim wall art centred above, a small table lamp at one end and a low vase or stack of design books at the other. Tuck a woven basket or low box on the floor beneath to hide keys, umbrellas or children’s toys and make the most of its discreet footprint.
