Description

William Morris had a great admiration for rivers, from the humble stream that passed by Kelmscott Manor to the great River Wandle that he used to dye his textiles at Merton Abbey. From 1883 Morris began designing a series of gently flowing patterns named after tributaries of the River Thames. The ‘Lodden’ pattern is part of this series, named after the River Loddon that flows through Berkshire and Hampshire. Pairing iconic William Morris patterns with excellent British manufacturing, our Made to Order service brings you a selection of beautiful William Morris At Home designs, with exclusive colourways to Dunelm, allowing you to create a uniquely individual look in your home. Available in both a plain and piped design, this tieback can be paired with our matching Made to Measure Curtain or Roman Blinds to give your home a beautifully co-ordinated finish. Book an appointment with one of our expert consultants who will guide you through the process of creating your very own made to order tieback.

A Legacy of Home Comfort Dunelm's Journey

Dunelm isn't just another store; it's a British legacy. Kicked off in 1979 by the dynamic duo, Bill and Jeany Adderley, what began as a simple market stall in Leicester transformed into one of the UK's most prominent home furnishings retailers.

Fast forward a bit, and their first brick-and-mortar store sprang to life in Leicester in 1984. Dunelm didn't stop there, making waves throughout the decades, innovating and expanding, launching an online shopping experience, and securing its place on the London Stock Exchange.

More than Just Products...A Personal Touch

With a whopping 177 stores across the UK, Dunelm isn't just about selling items; it's about crafting experiences. Many of their stores come with cosy Pausa cafes, offering a space to relax and refuel.

And if you've ever felt like joining a community, they've got dedicated Facebook groups for each store locality. It's not just about buying a product; it's about being part of the Dunelm family. Their online platform seamlessly complements their in-store experience, promising product availability and varied delivery options.

But Dunelm is more than its rich history and expansive product range. At its core, the company is committed to creating that heartfelt sensation of truly being at home. They've placed a solid emphasis on making responsible, long-term decisions that prioritise our environment and cherish future relationships.

85% of their growth over the past five years is credited to market share gains, underscoring their commitment to sustainability and quality.

With over 50,000 products, many of which carry the Dunelm brand or are exclusive, they promise style, quality, and an increasing emphasis on eco-friendly credentials.
