Price History
Description
Warm in its character and quietly rustic in its aesthetic, this whitewash clock with wooden numerals brings an organic, artisanal quality to timekeeping that feels thoroughly at home in a relaxed, nature-inspired interior. The whitewashed finish gives the clock a softly bleached, sun-faded quality that references coastal living and Scandinavian simplicity, whilst the wooden numeral detail adds a layer of tactile, handcrafted warmth that distinguishes it from more conventional clock designs. The combination of the pale finish and the natural timber numerals creates a quiet visual harmony that feels considered and characterful. The clock face is designed for clarity within a decorative framework, with the wooden numerals providing legibility alongside their considerable aesthetic contribution. The overall form is clean and well-proportioned, making it suited to a mantelpiece, wall, or shelf display in a bedroom, living room, or kitchen setting. A reliable quartz movement ensures accurate, low-maintenance timekeeping, and the considered construction ensures the piece retains its character and structural integrity over time. Within an interior, it pairs naturally with woven textiles, natural ceramics, and bleached timber surfaces, contributing to a relaxed, organic atmosphere across coastal, Scandinavian, and contemporary rustic schemes. For retailers, the wooden numeral detail provides a compelling point of difference within a clock category, offering strong gifting appeal and broad consumer resonance for those drawn to nature-inspired, artisanal homeware.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
