Our Stylist Says
I love this shoe storage bench for its practicality and clean aesthetic. Its white plastic finish and simple design make it a versatile piece that can slot seamlessly into various hallway styles, from modern minimalist to traditional settings. It's especially practical in homes with limited space, offering a handy spot to sit while putting on shoes and ample hidden storage to keep the area clutter-free. Styling-wise, pairing it with a soft, textured cushion on the seat can add comfort, while keeping accessories like baskets or hooks nearby can enhance organisation. Its neutral hue makes it adaptable to different colour schemes, making it a smart yet understated addition to any entrance.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
