About We Rise By Sophie Chittock In partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we have teamed up for their #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign that recognises and addresses the challenges that young women in the UK face today. With the campaign centred around Women Supporting Women, we launched a creative competition for talented young female artists from all over the UK to create a piece of artwork that captures the spirit of what this message means to them. We received an exceptional amount of truly inspiring pieces, which we whittled down to 6 worthy winners, with each winner's artwork created into professional art prints that are guaranteed to make a statement on any stylish gallery wall. In support of the #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign, we are donating 25% from every sale of this print directly to The Prince’s Trust, to help empower, nurture and transform the lives of young women. We Rise by Sophie Chittock is an expression of the freedom and opportunities that life paints in the early stages of one's life. Inspired by a personal memory, Sophie reflects on days spent travelling to the beach with friends to watch the sunrise above the tranquil ocean. A time filled with excitement, love, support and endless opportunities, this powerful painting holds this feeling in time to celebrate and honour creating these cherished moments with women. This painting depicts three women dancing freely, rising together with the sun. Encouraging people to aim high and dream big, Sophie conveys the importance of supporting those you love no matter how big their dreams are. This A2 art print is available framed or unframed. Why We Think You’ll Love We Rise By Sophie Chittock Having discovered her passion for art at an early age, 26-year-old Sophie Chittock reminisces on her younger years, a time when her dreams of becoming an artist were told would be impossible to achieve. In a society where there is a fear of breaking the boundaries of the norm, Sophie strived to overthrow the masculine idea of work culture that is so deeply ingrained in us, making it challenging for women to build their lives and careers independently. Finding support through women later on in her life, Sophie decided to follow her dreams and become a full-time artist. Her art stresses the importance of the unbreakable bond that females share to believe, support and life each other up through any dream no matter how big - anything is possible. Where To Style We Rise By Sophie Chittock Painting Art This inspiring piece of statement artwork not only deserves to be seen but it’s a marvellous talking point too. We suggest displaying it in a high traffic area of your home such as the living room or hallway on a fabulous feature wall. Pass the message of this painting on by gifting this beautiful artwork to a woman or girl in your life. Rockett St George will donate 25% of all sales from this product between 8th March 2022 - 8th March 2023 to The Prince's Trust in support of the #ChangeAGirls. Life campaign. Together we will support young women in the UK facing enormous challenges to have a brighter future. Funds will support the Women Supporting Women initiative at The Prince's Trust. I love this piece because of its vibrant colours and relaxed, abstract feel that can add a lively touch to various interiors. It works particularly well in modern or bohemian spaces where colour and artistic expression are embraced. Practical styling tips include pairing it with minimalist furniture to let the artwork stand out or creating a gallery wall with similar-sized pieces for a curated look. Framing options make it versatile; unframed gives a more casual vibe, while a frame can add polish in more formal settings. This piece is a great focal point above a sofa or sideboard, bringing an effortless sense of personality and energy to any room.
