Description

A tall and sleek lamp with a conical shade in a matte grey atop an angular brass stem and a black base, the perfect way to brighten up your midcentury home office.

Our Stylist Says

I love this lamp for its sleek, contemporary look combined with a hint of vintage charm, thanks to the brass finish. It works well in both minimalist and mid-century styled interiors, adding a touch of sophistication without overwhelming the space. The grey shade keeps it versatile and easy to match with various colour schemes. For styling tips, place it beside a reading nook or a cosy armchair to create a functional yet stylish corner, and consider pairing with textured cushions or throws in nearby furniture to add visual interest. Its slim profile also makes it an excellent choice for smaller rooms or spaces where you want a statement piece without taking up too much floor space.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
