Description

Illuminate your interior with the Wanda LED Ceiling Pendant. Its warm brass finish adds a touch of luxury and cosiness to your space, while the art deco abstract design complements various décor styles. This ceiling light becomes a harmonious addition to any bedroom or living room that blends aesthetics and functionality seamlessly.

Our Stylist Says

I love the modern, sculptural aesthetic of the Wanda LED ceiling pendant in brass - it brings a contemporary edge to any space. It works particularly well in minimalist or industrial interiors, where its sleek lines and finishes stand out without overpowering the room. For practical styling, I’d suggest hanging it in a dining space or above a kitchen island to create a striking focal point. It also pairs beautifully with warm colour palettes or neutral tones, where its brass finish can add a touch of warmth and luxury. Make sure to position it at a height that allows the light to cast an even glow, enhancing its architectural design while maintaining functional illumination.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
