Description
A contemporary reinterpretation of Verner Panton's iconic light, the VP Globe Pendant Light in a brass finish would lend a touch of classic design to any space. Expertly crafted from transparent acrylic and accented with a brass ceiling rose, the pendant features three reflectors crafted from brass-plated aluminium as well as two in statement blue and red finishes, each suspended by three steel chains. Originally designed by Verner Panton in 1969, the VP Globe Pendant Light is a design classic that would enhance any space with its instantly recognisable form. Gifted with a unique sense of colour, shape and light, Verner Panton is renowned across the globe as one of Denmark's most influential designers. Boldly creating furniture and lighting that was completely unlike the work of his contemporaries, Panton's designs are housed in collections at New York's MoMA, Copenhagen's Danish Museum of Art and Design and the Design Museum in London.
