Description

This delightful Voliéres Bird Cage Floor Light is perfect for those who wish to embrace the eccentric in themselves. The wire cage is home to a menagerie of pretty coloured birds made from real feathers that have been ethically sourced. As each light is individually hand made the colours and assortment of birds will be different to the photograph.

Our Stylist Says

I love this wire bird cage floor light for its playful yet sculptural form, which adds both light and visual interest to a space. It works beautifully in eclectic, vintage, or modern interiors, especially when paired with other metal accents. To style it effectively, consider positioning it beside a statement armchair or alongside a cosy reading nook to create a layered, inviting corner. For a more curated look, mix the cage with potted plants or decorative objects that could work inside or around the cage. Its open design ensures it doesn’t overwhelm a room, making it a versatile piece that can anchor a corner or serve as a quirky statement somewhere you want to inject a bit of personality.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
