I always reach for the Ice Grey DAX chair when I need a design that’s both timeless and practical. The soft-toned shell and slim chrome base suit contemporary, Scandi or mid-century interiors alike, and the raised height makes it ideal at a home-office desk or around a sleek dining table.
For styling, try a textured cushion or a small sheepskin draped over the seat to introduce warmth, then balance the metal legs with a wool rug or wooden tabletop. Because it’s lightweight and easy to move, you can cluster two or four around a round table for an airy feel, or slide it in and out of a workspace as needed.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
By the 1900s, almost everyone in London knew Heal's for its great furniture. Interestingly, they were also among the first to sell electric lights in Britain. During World War II, their main store even helped by making parachutes for soldiers.
