I often reach for this citron Eames armchair when I need a piece that’s both sculptural and unexpectedly friendly. The bright yellow-green shell injects cheer into neutral Scandi schemes or monochrome lofts, while the dark wire base keeps it grounded in mid-century modern or industrial settings.
Styling tip: tuck it into a window corner with a slim side table and a simple ceramic lamp for a cosy reading nook, or cluster two around a low coffee table on a natural-fibre rug. A neutral wool throw or a contrasting geometric cushion will soften the shell without competing with its clean lines.

Heal's is a well-known British furniture store with a history that spans over 200 years. It began in 1810 when John Harris Heal and his son started a business for feather products but soon moved into furniture.
