With its modern take on country house styling, the Visby armchair features low scrolled arms for a spacious open feel. The seat cushion is enticingly plump with feather and foam fill. A matching scatter cushion adds extra comfort and carved oak legs enhance the elegant lines. The Visby range also includes a two seater and a three seater sofa, a loveseat and an ottoman. I’m a big fan of the Visby chair for its muted grey herringbone weave - it adds just enough texture without shouting for attention. The gentle curve of the arms and solid oak legs give it a balanced, unfussy look that works equally well in Scandi-inspired schemes, contemporary city flats or more traditional sitting rooms. To style it, drape a single neutral-toned throw over one arm and perch a small lumbar cushion in a contrasting fabric for depth. It sits beautifully beside a slim metal side table or a tripod floor lamp, and will warm up a pared-back palette when teamed with natural timber and a few greenery accents.
