With its modern take on country house styling, the Visby armchair features low scrolled arms for a spacious open feel. The seat cushion is enticingly plump with feather and foam fill. A matching scatter cushion adds extra comfort and carved oak legs enhance the elegant lines. The Visby range also includes a two seater and a three seater sofa, a loveseat and an ottoman. I’m a fan of the Visby chair in soft rose because its cotton-linen blend brings just the right hint of colour without overwhelming a room. The low, streamlined profile and slender oak legs make it equally at home in Scandinavian-inspired, contemporary or even industrial-edged interiors. For styling, flank it with a black-frame side table and a neutral jute rug to ground the pink tone. Layer in a textured throw or a charcoal-grey cushion for contrast, or team it with terracotta ceramics to echo the warmth of the fabric.
