Description

The Vince oak 3 door sideboard is a stylish and modern design with a mid-century influence. Its handle-less doors are recessed into the oak veneered frame to help maintain its clean and streamlined shape and slender turned raised legs allow light to flow through the unit, creating an illusion of space perfect for smaller rooms. This sideboard's versatile design means it will fit in just as well in both minimal and maximal décors. Its 3 interior shelves provide ample storage space for your tableware and linens and can be moved around to suit your requirements. Part of the Vince furniture collection and exclusive to Habitat, the sideboard is also available as a 2 door sideboard and in walnut.

Our Stylist Says

The Vince Oak three-door sideboard is a versatile piece with a clean, Mid-Century vibe that works well in both modern and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. I love how its warm oak finish adds natural texture and brightness to a space. It’s perfect for living rooms, dining areas, or even bedrooms, offering practical storage without overpowering the room’s aesthetic. When styling, consider placing a simple lamp or decorative objects on top, and use colourful or textured accessories to create visual interest. Its understated design makes it easy to incorporate into various colour schemes, from neutral palettes to bold, layered interiors.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
