Our Stylist Says
This mustard headboard is a great statement piece that adds colour and texture to both contemporary and eclectic interiors. Its plush velvet finish offers a luxurious feel, making it perfect for creating a cosy, inviting bedroom. I love pairing it with neutral bedding and layered textiles to let the bold colour shine, but it also works well in a more vibrant decor scheme with patterned cushions and accessories. To keep the look balanced, consider pairing it with darker furniture or metallic accents that complement the mustard hue. Practical styling tips include keeping the space around the headboard uncluttered to showcase its design, and adding soft, ambient lighting to enhance the plush texture. Overall, it’s a versatile choice that brings warmth and personality to any bedroom.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
