Icon by Philippe Starck… The Victoria Ghost chair was born from the neo-classic lines of the Louis Ghost armchair. It combines classic lines inspired by the 16th century with a modern material: polycarbonate. A Grand Siècle style revisited thanks to this ultra-durable plastic material that allows this chair to be equally comfortable indoors and out. The rounded backrest recalls the shape of old medallions while the seat is linear and geometric. This chair has great charisma and a strong personality. It imposes its elegance in modern or more classic environments. Stackable, stable and solid, it’s both refined and easy to live with! Pursuing its technological research, Kartell continues to innovate to select new materials that perform increasingly well and are ever more environmentally friendly. This Victoria Ghost chair is made of an innovative ecological plastic material. This new "polycarbonate 2. 0" is made from renewable raw materials coming from the paper and cellulose industry. The manufacturing process of the material is ISCC* (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification)-certified - international certification of carbon sustainability). Polycarbonate is a very durable material, unbreakable, but its surface remains fragile to micro-scratches which are all the more accentuated by its transparent character. For cleaning, do not use a sponge with a scraper, but a soft sponge.
