Victoria Borges grew up with a pencil in her hand. Originally from Germany, she spent her early years bouncing between continents until finally landing in Richmond, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Arts and Design from Virginia Commonwealth University, with an emphasis on illustration. Inspired by surface design, impressionism and the natural world, her work is playful and experimental, with an emphasis on unique textures and colour palettes. John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
