Our Stylist Says
I love this side table for its versatile and modern look. The black marble effect finish lends an understated elegance that works well in both contemporary and minimalist interiors, as well as adding a touch of sophistication to more traditional spaces. It’s compact enough to serve as a side or accent table next to sofas or armchairs, with the added practicality of a lower shelf for magazines or decorative accessories. For styling, I recommend layering with small sculptures, candles, or a few books to create interest, and pairing it with neutral or monochrome textiles to keep the look cohesive. Its sleek design makes it adaptable for various interiors, from living rooms to bedrooms, without feeling overly bulky.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
