Engineered for superior comfort, this mattress features a high count of pocket springs that respond individually to body weight, with firmer edge springs for enhanced support and stability. The 7-zone system targets shoulders, hips, and back to reduce pressure and improve posture. Three foam layers - memory foam, reflex foam, and polyester foam - combine to contour to your body, add bounce-back resilience, and provide a cushioned surface for deeper, undisturbed sleep. The quilted soft touch mattress cover offers an even surface to sleep on to support your whole body. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
