Our Stylist Says
This black velvet round ottoman is a versatile piece that works well in both modern and eclectic interiors. I love how its fabric brings a touch of softness and luxury to a space, while the gold legs add a chic, contemporary edge. Its storage function makes it practical for airy living rooms or bedrooms, perfect for tucking away throws or magazines. For styling, consider placing it in front of a statement sofa or as a base for a decorative tray with plants and candles. It pairs beautifully with leather sofas or colourful textiles, helping to create a layered, inviting look. Its compact size and multifunctionality make it ideal for smaller living areas where space needs to be maximised without sacrificing style.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
