Our Stylist Says
This chair in lush bottle green velvet is a fantastic statement piece that blends classic and contemporary styles beautifully. I love its rich colour, which adds depth and warmth to any room-perfect for a living room or study aiming for a cosy yet sophisticated vibe. It works exceptionally well with natural wood tones, brass accents, or even contrasting patterns and colours for a more eclectic look. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral cushions or throws to soften the look, or layering with textured accessories for added dimension. Its sturdy frame and comfortable design make it functional as well as stylish, making it a versatile addition to both traditional and modern interiors.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
