Our Stylist Says
I love this black upholstered divan bed for its sophisticated, contemporary look-it's perfect for creating a chic bedroom that balances elegance with practicality. The tall headboard adds a touch of luxury and offers comfortable support when lounging, making it a great statement piece in modern or minimalist interiors. To style it, consider pairing with soft, neutral bedding and metallic or textured cushions to soften the overall look. It works particularly well in monochrome schemes or in bedrooms that feature contrasting colours and sleek furniture. For added practicality, place a few decorative boxes or organisers in the drawer to keep essentials tidy, and add a layer of warmth with a plush rug underneath to anchor the space.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
