I’m a fan of this Vegas table for its clean lines, hair-pin legs and handy open cubbies, which suit mid-century, Scandi or industrial-style living rooms. The neutral oak finish pairs easily with textured rugs and muted upholstery, while the storage pockets are perfect for displaying coffee-table books, a small tray of candles and a low vase. To keep it looking crisp, mix one sculptural ornament with a stack of two or three magazines and add a single green sprig in a narrow bud vase.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
