Description
A low profile showcases a mix of upholstery techniques, from a cushioned, sloped headboard to a ruched border. The silhouette of our Vara bed mirrors the aesthetics of Soho House Rome. Fully upholstered in stonewashed, Belgian linen chenille in our made-to-order palette, this bed features a low, cushioned headboard and a ruched border that accents the frame.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed frame for its rich, deep teal linen chenille upholstery, which adds a luxurious yet versatile focal point in the bedroom. Its substantial frame and clean lines make it work well in both contemporary and more classic interiors, especially when styled with neutral tones to let the colour stand out. For practical styling, pairing it with crisp white or soft beige bedding can create a fresh, inviting look, while layered textures like knitted throws or velvet cushions will enhance the tactile feel. This piece suits larger rooms where its commanding presence can be truly appreciated, but it could also add depth to a more minimalist scheme if balanced with minimalist bedside tables and subtle accessories.

About Soho Home
From Humble Requests to Global Homes
Soho Home's journey began from a simple love for their unique designs. The brand's inception was sparked by guests' desires to take a piece of Soho Houses with them, cherishing their favourite items from these comforting spaces.
This led to the birth of Soho Home in 2016 with their Barwell crystal glassware. Fast forward, the brand has expanded beyond just a few staples, encompassing a wide array of interior items ranging from furniture and tableware to home fragrances and textiles.
A World of Houses, Unified in Comfort
With over 30 Soho Houses across the globe, from vibrant Mumbai to trendy Austin and historic Berlin, the essence remains the same - offering a familiar, relaxed haven. Each House is meticulously designed, mirroring the unique flair of its surroundings.
Every location, with its distinct culture and history, serves as a muse for Soho Home's collections. This is evident in their specific pieces, like the elegant Manette bed found in Kettner's or the dazzling Juliana chandelier gracing the DUMBO House.
