The Type Chair can be accessorised with a seat cushion, sold separately (cushion NOT INCLUDED). The Type Chair was designed by Danish designer Jonas Trampedach. The name and style of Type Chair have been derived from the perception of an archetypal chair. The distinctive shape of the tapered backrest gives it a sculptural expression that bolsters the chair's sense of familiarity, whilst retaining its unique character. Type Chair is made with aluminium with a weather-resistant silicone coating. Type Chair blends craftsmanship with industrial processes to create a smooth surface. Type Chair is extremely lightweight and can be stacked. Functional and simple, it seamlessly fits into a huge variety of environments, both indoor and outdoor, private and public.
