I’m a big fan of this cream boucle footstool for its clean lines and soft texture - it instantly lifts a simple scheme without shouting for attention. It works particularly well in Scandi-inspired or contemporary settings, where its neutral tone and subtle boucle weave can sit alongside light woods, greys or muted pastels. To style it, use as a handy footrest in front of a sofa or as extra seating around a low coffee table. Pop a slim tray on top for drinks or a small vase, and layer it on a textured rug to ground the space. In a snug reading corner it’s perfect paired with a floor lamp and a cosy throw over one corner.
