Description

Our Tristan Tripod Table Lamp is the perfect addition to your living room side tables. The satin black finish matches the black shade for a sleek, modern aesthetic ideal for any home decor. The tripod legs have a trendy, contemporary appearance.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the tripod table lamp; its matte black finish and sleek design make it versatile for a range of interiors. It works well in contemporary settings, adding a touch of modern sophistication, but can also anchor more minimalist or industrial schemes. For practical styling, consider placing it on side tables, console units, or bedside tables where its understated elegance can be highlighted. Pair it with textured cushions or soft fabrics to soften its look, or keep it simple for a more pared-back vibe. The tripod base gives it stability while adding an interesting visual element, making it a functional yet stylish choice for both living and sleeping areas.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
