Description

Bring the modern look to your interiors with the stunning Tristan Tripod Table Lamp. The metallic brass finish has a gorgeous warmth that beautifully complements the ambient glow. The white shade has a contemporary flair while diffusing the light within and filling your space with a soft mood light. Style this table lamp in your living room side tables to create the perfect cosy mood for unwinding at the end of a long day.

Our Stylist Says

I love this table lamp for its modern yet timeless appeal, with its chic brass tripod base and crisp white shade. It works well in contemporary interiors, adding a touch of elegance to side tables or console units, but it can also be styled into more classic or minimalist spaces for a subtle luxe effect. Practical styling tips include pairing it with neutral-toned textiles for a calm look, or layering it with statement books and accessories on a sideboard to create visual interest. Its clean design makes it versatile enough to sit comfortably in living rooms, bedrooms, or even home offices where functional lighting with a stylish finish is essential.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
