I’m a fan of this slatted-front display cabinet because its warm brown timber and slim metal legs bring both texture and lightness to a room. It works particularly well in mid-century modern or Scandi-inspired schemes, but equally adds warmth to a more industrial or minimalist interior.
For styling, treat the two enclosed sections as a mix of hidden and on-show storage: use the lower cupboard for less attractive bits (cables, paperwork) and display a curated selection of ceramics or glassware on top. Add one or two taller items - a sculptural vase or a framed print - to balance the cabinet’s vertical lines.
