Description

Copal originates from the Aztec Nahuatil word (Copalli) and refers to the variety of resins extracted from the trees of the Bursera family. Thousands of years ago, Copal was considered as a sacred resin by Mayans and Aztecs in Mexico and central America. The Mayans used to offer Copal to the Gods as one of the most valuable things, along with tobacco and cocoa. Copal is still used today in shamanic ceremonies for energetic protection, offering, cleansing and purification. It is an excellent incense to make positive changes. Copal has a rich sweet, piney smell that brings peace and harmony.instructions Hold the cone in one hand, the lighter in the other hand. Tilt the cone sideways and light the pointed end of the cone for 5-10 seconds. when it starts glowing, put off the flame and place the cone on the backflow incense burner (NOT INCLUDED) Enjoy the downfall flow smoke. For an optimal use, keep away from draughts.

Our Stylist Says

I love this tribal soul backflow incense for its bold black design and rich aroma, making it a great addition to spaces with a bohemian or eclectic vibe. It works particularly well in minimal, neutral interiors where its deep scent and visual presentation can act as a striking focal point. For practical styling, place the cones in a decorative holder on a coffee table or sideboard, and keep it in a dedicated serene corner-think meditation spaces or reading nooks-to enhance a calming atmosphere. Its dark colour palette complements black, wood, or metallic accents, making it versatile for both contemporary and global-inspired interiors.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
