Description
This endearing classically styled solid wood counter stool is a perfect piece for accessorising, complimenting, and using in any setting around the home such as kitchen, dining room, conservatory, home office or porch. It also boasts eco-credentials, being made from certified pine wood which is from 100% sustainably farmed forests and comes in an endearing natural, unpainted finish. It measures 70cm high, can accommodate up to 140kg and has a comfortable round seat with supporting footrests on all four sides. It also comes with a hardware kit and instructions for easy self-assembly.

I’m a fan of this little pine counter stool for its straightforward lines and natural finish - it’s a versatile piece that slips easily into Scandi-inspired kitchens or more relaxed, coastal interiors. At 46.5 cm high, it’s ideal for lower counters or as an occasional extra seat in a snug dining nook.
Styling tip: keep the pine bare or give it a light white-wash to tie in with pale cabinetry, then layer with a simple seat pad or small patterned cushion for comfort and a touch of colour. It also works well grouped in threes under an island or used singly as a plant stand or bedside table in a minimalist scheme.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
