Our Stylist Says
I really like this desk for its practical design and versatility. The walnut brown finish adds warmth and sophistication, making it suitable for modern, minimalist, or even industrial interiors. Its clean lines and smart storage shelves help keep your workspace organised, which is ideal for home offices or creative setups. To style it effectively, consider adding a desk mat or colourful accessories to inject personality, while keeping the shelves tidy with decorative storage boxes or framed notes. Placing it in a well-lit corner, as shown in the image, maximises natural light and creates an inviting work area. Overall, it’s both functional and stylish, fitting seamlessly into a range of interior schemes.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
