I’m a big fan of the caravan bunk for its neat, space-saving profile and playful nod to travel - the clean white and soft-grey finish slots straight into Scandi, coastal or modern kids’ rooms without overwhelming the space. Its robust build feels handy for siblings or sleepovers and the built-in shelf adds useful storage without extra bulk.
For styling, keep the bedding light and layer on a couple of colourful cushions (mustard or teal work well), then drape a string of warm-white fairy lights around the top edge for a cosy glow. Use the shelf to display a favourite book or a little globe, and tuck wicker or fabric baskets under the lower bunk to corral toys. A simple, low-pile rug in a geometric or striped design will finish the look and leave plenty of floor space for play.
