Description

Elevate your decor with our Totem Bump Ceramic Vase in White, a stunning piece that combines contemporary design with artistic flair. The totem-inspired silhouette and smooth white finish create a visually striking display, making it a perfect centre-piece or standalone accent. Its versatile size allows for various floral arrangements or as a standout decorative object.

Our Stylist Says

I love the Totem Bump vase because of its modern, sculptural shape and clean white finish, making it a versatile piece for various interior styles. It works particularly well in minimalist or contemporary spaces, where its geometric form can serve as a focal point or a subtle accent. For styling, I recommend pairing it with dried botanicals or simple fresh stems to highlight its shape without overwhelming the space. It also works well on side tables, shelves, or as a centrepiece on dining or coffee tables. Keep the surrounding decor understated to let the vase’s unique form stand out, creating a balanced and stylish vignette.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
