Description

The contours are highlighted with polished brass: a sophisticated detail that contrasts nicely with the modernity of the shape and colours. The legs of this console are modular: they adopt different positions, so you can change the look of your furniture. Jonathan Adler’s world mixes extravagant elements with classic, sophisticated style. He makes elegance flirt with relaxation and humour. His world offers a certain mixture of glamour and American modernism from the mid-20th century, pop culture, and the Palm Springs version of La Dolce Vita. Jonathan Adler: “Today, we live in an era where everything goes with everything, where opposites are mixed, pastel with the most flashy colours, vintage with contemporary, what’s expensive with what’s not. ” Ceramicist, designer, decorator and internationally renowned interior designer, Jonathan Adler first developed a passion for terracotta and exhibited his first pottery collection at Barneys in New York in 1993.
