Slab is a stackable chair, made in Lithuania using solid wood Oak. In a black finish, this modern dining chair is upholstered using leather to maximise its comfort.

I’m a fan of the Slab chair in black because its clean lines and solid frame bring instant structure to a space without feeling heavy. The gentle curve of the backrest and soft upholstery make it comfortable enough for daily use, while the matt finish sits well alongside both natural woods and metal accents.

Tom Dixon isn't your typical designer. Starting as the bass guitarist for Funkapolitan, a twist of fate led him to the world of design after a series of motorbike accidents.
