Description

Each light is a bold statement in its own right but our lighting often sits best in multiples. Endless reflections, spatial play and graphic arrangements showcase the extraordinary in our range. We have carefully curated a series of pendant systems from our best-selling collections. Each is unique and easy to install with a round or linear ceiling canopy.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of the Mirror Ball pendant for its effortless mix of sculptural form and integrated LED - it feels both artful and practical. The polished brass spheres reflect their surroundings, so they sit beautifully in pared-back, contemporary schemes as well as more eclectic settings where metallic accents can tie disparate elements together. Styling tip: hang two or three at staggered heights over a dining table or kitchen island to create a focal cluster, or position a single large globe in a hallway against a dark-painted wall for maximum impact. Keep other finishes matte or muted to let the shine really stand out.

About Tom Dixon

Established in 2002, Tom Dixon is a British luxury design brand offering contemporary lighting, furniture, and accessories. Their innovative designs are perfect for those looking to make a unique, modern statement in their home.

From Bass Guitar to Design Guru

Tom Dixon isn't your typical designer. Starting as the bass guitarist for Funkapolitan, a twist of fate led him to the world of design after a series of motorbike accidents.

By the 1980s, he was gaining recognition with pieces like the iconic "S' chair for Italian giant Cappellini. By the 90s, his creativity brought him to the forefront of British design, even rejuvenating the Habitat brand.

But it wasn't until 2002 that the Tom Dixon brand was established, with its base in London's King's Cross. The brand, known for pioneering lighting, furniture, and accessories, quickly gained international acclaim and is now represented in 90 countries.

Master of Materials

Tom Dixon's genius lies in his ability to reimagine ordinary materials. From the early days, he transformed found objects and industrial materials into art.

Whether it's the allure of copper, the shine of stainless steel, the imperfections in hand-beaten brass, or the timeless nature of stone, Tom Dixon products always have a unique touch.

His signature products, from the Melt pendant inspired by molten glass to the instantly recognizable Beat, S Chair, and Wingback, can be found in museums like the Victoria & Albert Museum in London and MOMA in New York.

More Than Just Products

Tom Dixon's impact isn't limited to individual items. In 2007, he launched Design Research Studio, which has since redefined spaces around the world.

From the Drugstore Brasserie in Paris to reimagining the modern cruise experience for Virgin Voyages, his design agency creates immersive environments.
