I’m a fan of these dark mango-wood nest tables for their solid, functional design and warm walnut finish. Their simple block shapes suit contemporary, mid-century and rustic-inspired schemes alike, while the nesting feature means you can use them grouped as a coffee table, pulled apart as side tables or dotted around a room for extra surfaces.
For styling, keep the largest table clear except for a low tray with a slim vase and a couple of books; use one of the smaller tables to hold a table lamp or a small plant; leave the tiniest unit free for guests’ drinks or a sculptural object. The rich wood grain works beautifully against neutral walls, leather sofas or linen upholstery, and the compact footprint makes them ideal for both spacious lounges and cosier nooks.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
