Made using old wood up to a century-old, salvaged from the structural beams and pillar joists of buildings across the UK. The arduous process of reclamation starts at a demolition site, where precious sections are recovered. The timbers are sorted and de-nailed by hand, all the while preserving the natural surface, revived to once again support new lifestyles.
I love this coffee table for its substantial, handcrafted feel, which brings a sense of solidity and artisanal craftsmanship to a space. The timber’s natural finish works beautifully in both contemporary and rustic interiors, providing warmth and texture without overwhelming the room. It’s perfect for more relaxed, laid-back interiors, especially in open-plan living areas, but can also serve as a striking statement piece in a more minimalist setting. Practical styling tips include pairing it with layered textiles and simple decorative accessories, like a stack of books or a vase of dried flowers, to enhance its natural character. Just be mindful of its weight and size when positioning, as it’s quite a chunky piece that anchors a room effectively.
