This is Thodri. This candle holder made from reactive glaze ceramic is simultaneously classic and contemporary, minimalist and traditional, elegant and decorative. This finish being entirely artisanal, each piece is unique and will bring a touch of originality to your decor. • This technique involves the application of different enamels and oxides: Following a first firing, the craftsmen apply metal oxides to the pottery to create the desired effect. The pieces are then covered with an enamel glaze of a different colour, to bring out the metal flecking effect. The colour and rendering of the enamel is therefore dependent on the temperature of firing, baking time, the thickness of the enamel and how it is applied.
