Designed by John Henry Dearle Thistle became one of only five machine-printed wallpapers produced by Morris & Co. in the early 20th century; perhaps chosen for its boldness of pattern and single colour making it easy to print with surface rollers. Available once more Thistle is one of Morris & Co.s most popular papers. With a distinctive design that is at once historical and contemporary it comes in four colourways with one in a mica sheen. Shown here in a black & linen beige colourway. Use the Thistle wallpaper to make a statement in a bedroom or kitchen, or perhaps use to cover an entire living room or staircase. This wallpaper is part of the Morris Volume V wallpapers collection. Application Method: paste the wall and then apply. Pattern match: straight match. Vertical repeat: 53.5cm.
