Our Stylist Says
I love this bold gold sofa for injecting a touch of glamour into both contemporary and eclectic interiors. Its vibrant tone works particularly well in neutral colour schemes, creating a statement focal point without overwhelming the space. To style it effectively, consider pairing with muted accessories and textured cushions to soften the look, or add some metallic accents for a cohesive aesthetic. Practical tips include placing it against a plain or subtly patterned wall to let the colour really shine, and using layered lighting to highlight its luxe finish. This sofa is versatile enough to suit living rooms aiming for a modern, cosy, or even vintage-inspired vibe, making it a confident choice for adding personality and sophistication.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
