Description
The Memphis sofa range is a modern twist on a historical classic. Design features such as a deep scroll back, elegantly tapered arm and turned wooden legs emphasise the classical whilst the slub weave fabric in a range of iconic fashion colours, make this a wonderful statement piece. Each sofa includes four scatter cushions per sofa and a deeper low-slung seat for comfortable lounging. Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
