Description

The leafy Calathea Trio Plant Gang makes an instant statement and is sure to add unique style to your home office or living space. This gorgeous houseplant selection arrives in stylish bespoke neutral and dark charcoal stoneware pots, making this gang of houseplants a real eye-catching treat. Calathea are also known as the prayer plant as they move up like praying hands at night. Their leaves are beautifully patterned and can be pin-striped, rose “painted” or peacock patterned and those leaves even come in lots of interesting shapes too. In its natural habitat, Calathea spend much of their life under the dense jungles of South America so they like their soil to be kept damp. Don’t let them dry out as they won’t love you for it. The underside of the leaves is often as interesting to look at as the top, so think about placing it somewhere in your home where you can get a glimpse of both. This Calathea Trio Plant Gang includes: – A gorgeous selection of 3 Calatheas which have been lovingly British Grown, just for you. The Calathea including their ceramics measure approx 35cm total height. The ceramic pots are made of stoneware and unglazed. They are gorgeously rustic so small imperfections, lines and marks are all very normal and this is part of their character. Please note that the variety of Calathea may vary from the photo. We guarantee all of their unique patterns are beautiful! Style this gorgeous trio on a shelf or sideboard to add a pop of colour and style to your indoor space. Caring for your plant Always follow the attached care instructions. Whilst this will give your plants the best chance of thriving, environmental factors will also play a big impact on your plant's life span such as exposure to sun and humidity. Please note: As plants are a live product, the dimensions and images provided are estimates only as each plant is unique. As this is a natural plant, the variety of Calathea may vary from the photo. We think all of its patterns are beautiful! Our Stylist Says

I love the Little Botanical Calathea trio for its versatility and low-maintenance appeal. It works well in a range of interiors, from modern minimal schemes to cosy boho spaces, adding a touch of greenery without the fuss of live plants. These are perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, or offices where natural light might be limited, as they retain their vibrant look year-round. For styling tips, group them on a coffee table or shelf for visual interest, or use as a centrepiece on dining tables or sideboards. To keep things looking fresh, consider pairing them with natural textures like woven baskets or wooden accessories, creating a grounded, earthy aesthetic.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
