Description

Texas Grey combines real wood with a rich grey wax merged with metal to create a casual industrial feel to your home. Smooth lines with soft angled edges are a feature throughout the Texas Grey range which emphasise the detailing of the bar handles and black stove paint coated metal bases. The cabinets themselves are made from real wood with a rich grey washed waxed finish. The raised base makes cleaning easy too. Make your television a statement in your room with our Texas Grey 2 door flat screen TV unit. The top surface area is ideal for your television and sound bar, whilst underneath in the centre is an open area with adjustable height shelf for your gadgets, recorders and players. Either side of this area are enclosed cupboards which provide great hideaway space.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of this grey-washed wax TV unit for its clean lines and subtle wood grain - it slots effortlessly into Scandi, modern farmhouse or industrial schemes. The light grey finish keeps a room feeling bright, while the black metal legs add a touch of edge without feeling heavy. To style it, keep the central shelves for media boxes or a pair of low-profile speakers, and use the cupboards to hide remotes, cables and games. On top, balance a lean-back mirror or slim shelf on one side with a cluster of ceramics and a small plant on the other. A stack of coffee-table books or a textured tray can bring warmth and personality without cluttering the look.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
