Description
An oak burl base holds comfortable, oversized foam and feather-filled cushions wrapped in velvet upholstery for a relaxed silhouette. Inspired by the social spaces of Soho House Portland, the Tellis armchair has a relaxed silhouette thanks to its oversized foam and feather-filled cushions. Fully upholstered in velvet that comes in our range of bespoke colourways, it can be styled as a standalone armchair, or pieced together with the corner module to create a larger seating area.

I’m a fan of this lichen-green velvet chair for its low, sculptural form and soft, matte finish. It slots straight into modern, Scandi-inspired or mid-century settings - pair it with a pale oak side table and a neutral wool rug to let the colour sing. For a cosier look, drape a chunky throw over the back and add a slim brass or black-metal lamp nearby. It also works well in a bedroom or reading nook; keep surrounding furnishings light-toned and introduce a single leafy plant to balance the rich green without overwhelming the space.
